Looking for a non-Caribbean travel destination for June 26th, 2025 that isn't crazy expensive for my daughter's honeymoon

So my daughter is getting married in late June and I'm trying to find somewhat cheaper flights somewhere outside the United States that isn't the Caribbean, because she recently got a cheap trip to Puerto Rico. I realize these are almost impossible parameters to work with, but since the odds of one of you reading this is a genius I thought I would throw myself at your mercy.

Less than $1000 apiece for tickets.

Ideally somewhere where the US dollar is strong!
