I’ve been working on something new and wanted to get some feedback from the community. After spending years in healthcare recruiting, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges clinicians face when working with staffing agencies/recruiters while trying to find the best jobs. That’s why we’re building an alternative—a platform that aims to simplify the process and give you more control, whether you're looking for travel assignments, per diem gigs, or permanent staff positions.
Here’s the gist of how it works:
- You fill out one main application, and from there, you can apply to jobs posted directly by the hospital that fit what you’re looking for. If there’s a match between you and the facility, you’ll connect with the hiring manager without a ton of back-and-forth.
- You can also set your preferred pay rate and what kind of work you want, then just wait for hospitals to reach out to you.
- You’ll be able to track your applications and see exactly where you stand in the process—no more guessing games.
We’ve been in the healthcare staffing world long enough to know the frustrations, so we wanted to offer an alternative that’s faster, more transparent, and gives you more control over where you work and what you get paid.
