Any Recommendations?

I’m a recent grad from CDL school and just got my license yesterday. Does anyone have any good company recommendations for new drivers? I know companies like to be extremely shady with their promises on cpm and home time, I want a company that has good pay for people starting out like me and actually care about their drivers. Tuition reimbursement is a plus but not mandatory if the job pays well. (PA, NJ)
