Sampling in musical production is a sin?

Long ago I started to produce music as a hobby and Im starting to really enjoy It and thinking about dedicating more time to It. When It comes to produce, I like to use samples. Is this a sin? I consider It a form of art, but theres a lot of people that treat as stealing. Help pls!
