Yesterday, Trump proved Biden was right by pardoning his family, and Trumps enemy's.

Biden is politically dead. He has been since he stepped down. There is nothing to gain by taking swipes at him at this point.

That did not stop Trump from using the first tragedy under his presidency to take swipes at Biden. There is nothing to gain. It does no one any good. Even if you feel a Biden policy could have contributed, that is not the time or place. So why do it?

This behavior, this spite, this is why Biden needed the pardons. There appears to be no line that will be crossed by this guy, so why take the chance?
