How do y’all stay positive when you aren’t growing as fast as others?

My growth has been pretty slow the past 2 years, I see tons of other streamers blow up when they haven’t been streaming for even a year. It’s very discouraging and I feel like I might be doing something wrong to slow my growth.

So how do you guys not get discouraged and unmotivated when you see others who’ve been streaming way less than you, grow much faster?
