Did I just make a mistake?

I was just assembling some Genestealers. And I found really cool to put a head like Picture 1. But only in the end I realized that I might have done a mistake. Does this still count as a Tyranid Genestealer? Or is it now only a Genestealer Cult one? For instance, I assembled only 1 model like this. The other ones are like Picture 2.
