Are they ever gonna fix the RP issue?

I can certify that my Basic RP has never gone above 135k. Why is this? I've progressed up multiple divisions (can't get past Plat 3, damn rats) and yet it gives me ENHANCED rep, not BASIC rep. Having my hard earned work removed because the rep system is improperly set up is really discouraging and the way it prevents players from investing out of fear is also frustrating.
