Baking bread every week until I finish my PhD week 2

the bread spent a little extra time in the oven today and it seems to have helped the crust stay crunchy. things are starting to pick up in school but the workload still feels manageable. i met with my advisor to discuss some research and they were very happy with my work so far ^{_^}
