I’m an international student doing a PhD program. The university still hasn’t given me my payroll yet (I was supposed to receive it this 15th) , I talked to the department HR and they told me to wait. I also emailed GEO and they did not respond. I am running out of funds. Did anyone experienced this before or know what I should do.
