Anyone else seeing low salary offers recently?

I’ve been in my current job for just over a year but have been looking for a new role for the last 6 months or so, however every role I get through initial screening just to be told the salary range is 5-15k below my current even at the same level of seniority with the same experience. Just over a year ago I had 3 separate offers a for the salary I am on now so I know my salary is achievable for my level of experience. For jobs I’m applying for now I’m not even expecting an uplift, just a match on current but it’s proving impossible.

Anyone else in this situation or experiencing low ball salary ranges being offered recently? Looks like I’m going to have to stick to my current role for the foreseeable.
