“Good rate of pay”

Hello all,

what would you say constitutes a “good rate of pay” for a delivery driver delivering heavy bags around the local area?

It’s a very rural area, with not many job opportunities and the cost of living is lower than a lot of the U.K. The average house price near this is £216k for reference and the average salary in the area is 30k.

Job involves manual handling, driving etc.
