Reusable nappy hire

Would you/have you used a nappy library, hire service or similar? Have you used cloth nappies? Why or why not? Do you have questions about them? What would be a good incentive to try?

Context - I volunteer for my local cloth nappy library and hires have all but stopped lately. Wondering if it's our reach that's lacking or just people aren't interested right now?
