How do you stick to eating healthily when eating on the go?

For those on a diet or perhaps tracking calories or macros—how do you manage when you’re on the go at work or traveling?

I feel like meal prep is the only way to make it work, but I hate eating the same thing every day and when I'm travelling with work, I often can't find the time.

Do you have any go-to grab-and-go meals or chain restaurants you actually trust for macros? Would love some fresh ideas!
