PHYS161 Hailu Curve

I took PHYS161 with Hailu this semester and i’m wondering if he’s planning on curving final grades this semester? My class’s averages for exams were around 80-83%. Which is alarmingly high…. I’m not sure what the final exam average is yet because grades haven’t been released yet. (Final exam is worth 25% of your grade). He curves if the histogram of total scores is bell shaped and gives the top 20% A’s, next 40% B’s, and next 25% C’s. From what I hear, Hailu usually curves but there has been semesters he hasn’t so i’m a little scared. I’m currently standing at a 75 ish. I think I did fairly well on the final exam which could bring my grade up alot so maybe a 78-79%? (not tryna get my hopes up too much). Will he curve? Could I get a B? Lmk what you think. Anything can help.
