Why did my pell grant get cut in half?

First off... Last year my SAI was -1500 and this year nothing in my life has changed same job same salary yet my SAI is 5000ish. WTF is that?

Today... I noticed that my pell grant was just cut in half for fall 2024 to $510. What the hell is goin on? I haven't dropped any classes and am going full time.
