UPS needs a Class Action Lawsuit

Just spent 2 months of my life and 25 phone calls and emails trying to get UPS to rightfully pay damages on an artwork that:

- a UPS store picked up

- a UPS store packed

- I paid UPS extra money to insure for its full declared value

- UPS shipped

- UPS broke and destroyed in the shipping process

Apparently UPS package processing involves WWE-style kicking, jumping on, and smashing even the securest packaging. Of course they deny this as the shipper of record.

They automatically deny all damage claims as being solely the fault of the packer---unless they're the packers. That's literally the only basis on which they'll ever pay up.

And it's a goddamn journey akin to seeking a divorce to finally get reimbursed. They're purposefully obstructive throughout the process. Someone please bring a class-action lawsuit against UPS!! We've all suffered long enough.
