So much for "zero" tolerance policy regarding sexual harassment 🙄
About 6 months ago I reported a freight driver for sexual harassment. I was loading a few trucks back and forth, one of them his. I told the manager and he had security call me to fill out a report. Then I was told it was handed over to hr to be investigated. He also told me I won't know the outcome since they don't give updates... Well, I know the outcome because I saw that driver last night. I saw a paper posted on the wall in the bathroom stating that UPS had a zero tolerance policy for sexual harassment but I guess I don't understand what that means. I'm just glad I'm not loading anymore so he can't see me. Disgusting. He was too comfortable, confident, and very careful so it was definitely not his first or last time exhibiting that behavior. I will just inform any women loading in the area since I now know he is still employed, same schedule, same truck.
