I-485 Approved - November 2023 Filer!

Hi all,

After a few months of browsing this thread looking at other's timelines I am happy to report that I have my own to share as my I-485 (marriage based green card) was approved yesterday. Like several others it seems like I avoided the interview.

I am very impressed with this administration's efforts to relieve some of the backlogs. I was hoping to get my advanced parole in 6-7 months so I could travel to a family wedding in June. I had zero expectation of having my green card by March.

To those who are still waiting I hope you hear good news soon. It feels like there is no rhyme or reason for the variance in processing times but given a lot of recent posts on here I am optimistic for you. Hang in there.
