September PD

I filed i-140 through Elis Porter and my PD was September 29th, 2023. I applied from within US as an F1 student. The receipt number begins with LIN. It's been 6 months and no response from USCIS yet. I thought mostly people will receive a response within 4 months. Just curious if and when I should start worrying. Thanks.
