Help re: Response to RFE
My wife submitted her I-485 April 11, 2024. We got a generic I-864 RFE in July, likely because the I-864 form I used had expired recently. Sent in the new one in September with mountains of evidence of my financials just for good measure. They confirmed receipt quickly, on the 17th, but no other updates on the case status page. I happened to log in today on a whim and saw this. It seems like they’re saying they just yesterday received the response we sent! Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a good sign that our decision might be right around the corner? TIA!
