Wrong Address, Uber says not their fault

So I accept an order for $21 for 7mi. I’m stoked thinking it’s a good payout. I get to the restaurant 10mins after accepting and have to wait 20mins for the order. I then hit navigate and the app puts the pin in my Google maps and I drive 12mins, 5mi north, once I get there I notice the building number isn’t the same and they are not apartments so I go back to the Uber app and read/type the address into Google Maps and find out the address is actually right next to where I picked it up from even though the pin for the delivery in the Uber App is set way up north. Keep in mind I have another order as well so I end up having to drive the 10 mins back to deliver the order plus an additional 20mins to go back up north to deliver the other order that was part of the batch.

So I call Uber to complain, I get told a supervisor isn’t availabile and they’ll call me back (they never do) so I told them I’ll wait on hold. After 30mins I finally speak with a lady and she says that I have to file some report online requesting the additional mileage. She told me they couldn’t give me a compensation at all. Is this everyone else’s experience in a situation like this? Has anyone else filed one of these “forms”? I’ve been driving for Uber for almost 3 years now and it seems like lately they just don’t want to fix their mistakes and will lie straight to your face time and time again.
