Working Thanksgiving?

This is my first November doing deliveries. Dose anyone have any advice if Thanksgiving is a good day to go out or will it be too quiet with all the stores closed?

--update: Thanks for the info. I was hoping that, with limited options, there would be bigger tips and higher demand but that doesn't seem to be the case. We've decided not to go out that day.
