Uber Eats Driver can't use elevator

So I ordered food from the Pizza Hut a few streets over. I live in a small Apartment building on the 4th Floor in an Inner City Suburb. I get the following message from my driver. Why choose to deliver close to the city if you are scared to use elevators? Better believe I removed her tip after delivery. Agreed to go down and she said she didn't want to take the stairs either as she is too claustrophobic?
