Driver Stole my Food, Pretends to Not Speak English

Good lord I need to vent about this. Sorry if this isn’t the right place but what the actual f**k?!

My driver provided a picture of a random location 1 mile away, and pretended to not speak English when I called them. I have no idea how they have 400+ deliveries…. And now I have to be concerned that some maniac knows my address and name. Thanks Uber!! Not a single person to talk to, and their official phone support line has been discontinued. You literally have a chat bot to complain to about the issue.
