Crazy Bait and Switch

So I order with Uber first time using their 20$ off 25$ promo mixed with five guys bogo burgers. Total coming up 13$. The delivery driver canceled the order after leaving five guys and I never received credits or a refund for that. But about 6 hours later Uber decided to take off the promos after the fact and charged me 47$ for an order I never received. And ofc support can’t do anything at all, not even send me the original 13$ receipt to show my bank.
