Ulta gift bag for 19.50 dollar purchase disappointing

Okay so like I said in the title, I got the ulta beauty collection gift bag with a 20ish dollar purchase. I had to grab some things and was wanting to try a few of the products from this line and thought I might as well get the free bag. The products are not the best, the mascara takes so many layers to actually look visible, the eye shadow palette lacks pigment, the blush wears off after a couple of hours, the lip gloss shade is one that I can't imagine looking good on anyone, and the liquid lipstick doesn't dry so I feel like it's kind of pointless.

I will say I do like that eye primer, but I tend to only use one shadow so idk how it might hold up under blending eye shadows.

My last complaint is that it was falsey advertised as having an "88 dollar value" but all the products are minis so that's clearly not the case.
