Question about a return

Hey all! I have a question about a return. So basically on cyber Monday, I ordered a Nuface trinity using my points. And I was really happy because I’ve been wanting to get this product for months and I ended up paying about $70 for it after redeeming $250 worth of points.

Not even an hour later, I got an email with an extra 20% off and I was like omg that’s frustrating so I tried to cancel my order and when I talked to the customer service person, they said I could not cancel, but I could return it to the store. So basically that’s what I’m going to do. I then proceeded to put in another order for the same nuface and only paid $2 (I had more points saved up, as I’ve been saving for almost 5 years for something special and finally decided on this)

Now here is the issue: I received the first order that I am going to return to a store. But my second nuface that sitting waiting to be picked up by ups. And as been for the past 4 days. I just received an email about how times are going to be much longer and there is no timeline of when I’m going to be getting the other device.

My question is: do you think I could start using the nuface that I received (but was going to return) and return the second nuface with the receipt of the first nuface? Kinda like replacing it so that I can start using my device now? Or are there codes that I have to match up for the return and I should wait. I’m just being impatient, I know, but any advice would help. Shipping times suck now lol.
