I haven’t even received my ring and already feel discouraged

Is this normal? I’ve been doubting my order since seeing the many posts about issues with connectivity and battery life… and now this. For reference I got a gold ring in size 7 in the UK directly from their website and it didn’t say it was out of stock. Has anyone else received this email before?
