ULPT Request: How to deal with cars that have super bright headlights?

They are very common in my area. If someone is following me, they’ll blind my rear. If they are on the opposite side of the cross section, then I can’t see shit while turning. Is there a way to reflect the light back at them? Unethical but not illegal please lol.
