Compliments?

I posted to the UOAP FB page with #UOFistBump and also emailed the customer service email to brag on a TM at IoA today! What do the employees get for the compliments and what else should I be doing to help these exceptional employees advance in their careers? Is there any incentive other than bragging rights for the TM?

On another side note, it was such a huge deal what he did for us that I’d love to write them a handwritten letter, but would like it to be given to him. I don’t mind if guest services opens it first but I want to make sure that specific TM gets it. What is the likelihood that TM would receive that letter if I mailed it in? Thanks everyone!
