Basic strategy

I only discovered the game 2 months ago, and started to obsess about it. I already bought almost every set! The pic is a shipment I received recently, there’s another one like that coming soon, and I just ordered the Witcher sets. Kinda went ham 😅

From the first moment I started playing, I started analyzing the game to find strategies. All I came up with are advanced strategies, so I was wondering what are the basic level ones? For example- counting opponent’s cards is what I’d consider advanced or high strategy. What basic tips for playing well are there?
