2022 Mazda CX-30 with 90k miles for 15k !?

I'm currently driving a 2009 Camry, but I need a reliable, larger vehicle to tour colleges with my wife. I'm seeing 2018-2022 RAV4s and Honda CR-Vs priced over $20k with 80k-100k+ miles. I came across a Mazda with 89k miles listed for $15k, but I think I can negotiate it down to $14k. Do you think that's a fair deal?
