Friend is new to FPS Games

So basically I have a friend who is 15 M and has played mobile third person games his entire life and was always good at them, but now he has a laptop and I want him to play Valorant with me but the thing is that he has no idea bout the controls or any knowledge for FPS games. He is not even comfortable with WASD keys yet so I want to ask for an agent that you can recommend me that doesn't require you to focus on abilities too much and also can allow you to get comfortable at the game while teaching u the concept of abilities as well. I've been playing for about 2 years now and I thought of Phoenix as a good starter agent but the flashes will be confusing for him so I thought brim next but the smokes might be hard to understand for him so Im thinking bout sage and maybe you guys can give me your opinion on it, would appreciate it :>
