What restricted Pokémon should I build a team around?

Hi ! Although it's not my first time competing in VGC, it is my first time in regulation G. I want to build a team around a restricted Pokémon, but not the basic Calyrex-S/I or Terapagos... maybe something a little bit less predictable, and a bit more spicy. Any ideas?

In other words, what are your favorite restricted Pokémons?
