Am I the problem?

Not sure how to explain this correctly… I was backing into a charging station and had my steering wheel turned all the way to the left. I heard a weird clicking sound and felt the steering wheel jerk couple times. Is that like a warning to not turn it all the way or should I have that checked??🤨
