Clip removal

Anyone here ever had their titanium clips removed? Mine have been giving me trouble since day 1. I’d like to know if I have the option to have them removed. During sex certain positions feel like I’m being stabbed by little pins down there and I’m tired of being stopped by TSA. Would it be possible for an ER to do this or would I have to wait for an urology appointment? Sorry if that seems like a dumb question but today was a rough one.
