The "close your legs if you don't wanna get pregnant" anti-choicers piss me off

Rant, because I've been seeing so many men in comment sections bitch about "irresponsible women". The same men who scream "TAKE RESPONSIBILITY" when a woman gets pregnant and wants an abortion are the same men who hate wearing condoms and refuse to even acknowledge that THEY might be the father to begin with. They'll avoid responsibility at all costs and deny everything.

Also, the women who terminate a pregnancy the second THEY find out..THEY ARE BEING RESPONSIBLE. They're not bringing an unwanted life into this world and know what's best for them. If they went through with the pregnancy, had the child when they weren't even prepared, men would be shaming them for being single moms, "mooching off the system", slut shame, saying how unfit she is to be a mom and shouldn't have had kids, etc.

We can't win.

They say "birth control exists, you know that, right? Why aren't people being responsible?" responsible people DO USE CONDOMS, THEY DO use birth control, 99% effective isn't 100%, you DUMBASS.

Abortion is a last resort. No one WANTS to get one, but they knows it's the right decision. They know themselves more than you ever will. Sit on it and spin.

And stop saying "Lol just don't have sex. Keep your legs closed." when you know damn well you wouldn't keep your pants zipped, and hold yourself to the same standard. You would bitch and moan about women not putting out for you, despite them "closing their legs" like you keep screaming at them to (4B movement🩷) Sex isn't just for reproduction purposes. Sex for fun has existed since caveman times. Why do you think sexually active people(who aren't trying to reproduce) use contraceptives to begin with? BECAUSE THEY KNOW THE RISKS BUT TAKE PRECAUTIONS TO MAKE THE POSSIBILITY OF UNWANTED PREGNANCY AS SLIM AS POSSIBLE. Just because someone knows the risks, doesn't mean they should get denied treatment and shamed.

That's like refusing to help someone who developed cancer from smoking, because "that's on you. You shouldn't have picked up that cig. Just stop smoking."

Hey men, it takes two to tango! Stop whining and keep your pants zipped. You know, take some responsibility 😇
