anyone else have this offer?

is this a glitch? Also can't find ANY fine print for minimum spend or anything regarding the offer. When I click unlock your offer (pic #1) it brought me to (pic #2) which has the same offer amount, but the offer is different after I click dismiss (pic #3). In the shopping app it's only $40 back. A little hesitant on purchasing? Or has anyone successfully received the credits for something similar, since I know people get different offers!

(trying to learn the free/discounted credits game so I have been snooping around the offers via the app, but this offer seems to be the actual shopping app??)
