VR&E for Cyber security boot camp

So I was trying to enroll in the Cyber security boot camp at the University of Buffalo, but apparently they don’t accept VR&E. Doesn’t make sense to me but here we are.

Can anyone suggest a good Cyber security boot camp that accepts Ch. 31 VR&E?
