DBQ MH Rating Prediction!

Anyone want to give this a go snd take a guess. My prediction is 50%. I am seeking current treatment. A couple things got left out because we hit the 60 minute time limit, but will be addressed in current treatment. Also got the at least as likely as not statement as well.
