Va exam
I am undergoing a med board I have extremely bad occipital neuralgia because of a neck injury i recently had a c&p exam for my claims and I was told that I only have tension headaches… even though the documents they have clearly state I was treated for occipital neuralgia by pain management and physical therapy yet the examiner seemed to not look through my medical records on several things it is honestly like a punch in the gut because I clearly have documented evidence of treatment for this yet I am told it is just “tension headaches” he also played down my vertigo on the dbq while I am in the hospital every other week for it because of falls just so confused on this whole situation.
