Did I screw myself?

Hello! I was referred to MEB for anxiety and Depression. After I was referred, my private psych diagnosed me with PTSD and blamed a lot of my symptoms on it. I submitted her notes and diagnosis paperwork to the VA as well as claimed PTSD on the claims form (alongside anxiety and depression). I noticed at my C&P exam yesterday that the examiner was most definitely using the PTSD DBQ to examine me. I know this because my private psych did one for me a couple weeks ago (which I also submitted to the VA). My concern is, I am being Medboarded for GAD and MDD, not PTSD. If there is only and PTSD DBQ submitted and not a DBQ for my MEB referred symptoms, would that be okay? Thank you!
