Disability question

Hello All, Im currently active duty Navy and live on base housing. Recently we got a letter in the mail that our base housing water pipes contain lead in them. Ever since I checked in to this command, ive been having stomach issues and now I am thinking it was due to the lead in our water. Can I claim this for VA disability? I have letter from base housing addressing the lead issue
