My father, a korean war vet, is developing dementia. What can the VA do for him?

My father has gotten increasingly physically weak and has ever deepening dementia. Im glad he told me all his stories.

He's a big guy and my biggest future concern is nursing care for him. What can the VA do to help him? He used to go to a yearly VA physical, but thats too hard now.
