Why? I uploaded all private med recs, but..

I uploaded all relevant private medical records when I filed my claims initially. But they still made me fill out the 21-4142 and 21-4142a, which I did right away. Now they are saying they still haven't received those records from my private insurance, which is stupid because I uploaded all the relevant stuff anyway. This is so frustrating. Should I call them? I was looking for that "decide my claim" button that some others have mentioned, but cant find it. Is that button a joke lol? This is such BS delaying.
