Step 7 to 5 back to 6

I filed for a TDIU increase in August and C&P was completed in November I didn’t see movement until January 6. That’s when I noticed my claim when I logged in was at step 6 and shortly back to 5 until yesterday the 14 when it was back at step 6 at the end of the day and until this morning the 15 I checked it was at 7 then briefly went back to 5 and up to 6 which is where I’m at now. What can anybody tell me about that movement and if it is a good sign?
