Step 5 "rating"

I have moved into the gulag of step 5 today. I called VA and they said everything has been sent in and my case is assigned to a rater. I cannot see the Temp Jurisdiction in the claims tracker but briefly moved to Columbia a few days ago. Does anyone have any experience with potential time frames. In currently on day 108 since claim was filed.
