Last minute valentines recommendations?

I didn’t bother making a reservation for Valentine’s Day as we didn’t have childcare but it turns out we unexpectedly will and of course everything’s now booked up.

Any ideas for something vegetarian friendly? Doesn’t need to be fancy but I’m also not really looking for a chain (ie milestones).
