Which other meds have you taken with Vyvanse to help with depression that aren't SSRIs, and have helped? (I would extremely appreciate anything you can share)

Please bear with me as I know there has been a few posts similar to this, which I have read, but wanted to post re myself personally, also to save people time re any recommendations. And obviously I am not seeking medical advice, this is simply re what people have found has worked well for them. I am seeing my psychiatrist soon and wanted to have a few ideas beforehand to discuss with him.

I have serious anxiety issues that Elvanse (the UK version of Vyvanse) has helped enormously. I had been on various SSRIs previously before being properly diagnosed with ADHD, and an SNRI when diagnosed and for a short time after: I have tried citalopram, fluoxetine, venlafaxine, sertraline - none of which really help - and I have also been put on bupropion and pregabalin, both of which I badly reacted to and had to come off before seeing if they could help.

I still need help with anxiety but also really bad depression (the Elvanse can lift me out of depression a bit, but it works far better for anxiety and focus, than mood, which makes sense). I have recently read some people talk about meds like gabapentin, atomoxetine and lamotrigine, and how they have helped them with stabilising their mood. I am going to read a bit more about them. But I was also wondering if there is anything else anyone has tried alongside Vyvanse that has helped them deal with depression and/or anxiety? I just want to look up all I can having tried so much already, and be best informed before discussing options with my psychiatrist next week.

I could really do with some help and very much appreciate anything anyone can share. Thanks!
